Project Highlights
- Indoor and outdoor kitchens, food prep areas and classrooms provide firsthand educational experiences to manufacturers, equipment dealers and restaurant owners.
- Equipment performance evaluations will be conducted on site to analyze time to temperature, oil usage and recovery times.
- Kitchens were designed to maximize the available space, creating coordination challenges for kitchen equipment installation.
- Classrooms ceilings were kept high, limiting the ceiling space available for audio video equipment.
- Site positioning was utilized for accurately locating floor boxes in classroom spaces.
