Project Highlights
- 250,000 square foot facility on 47 acres.
- 16,000 square foot office area including a break room, conference rooms and both private and open offices.
- 8,500 square foot fleet shop with lifts for servicing trucks in house.
- LED lighting throughout including high bay fixtures in the warehouse area with independent occupancy control for increased energy savings.
- Six, 27,000 CFM make-up air units and eight, 40,000 CFM exhaust fans ventilate the warehouse.
- Infrared heaters provide area heating in the warehouse at specific locations.
- 750kVA generator keeps the distribution center online during a utility power outage
- 20 truck bays with dock levelers provided for warehouse distribution
- Capacity provided for future 61,000 square foot expansion.
