Our Virtual Construction department provides BIM modeling and virtual design services founded in reality.  
Our virtual construction department is dedicated to 3D coordination and BIM Modeling.  With a history in the construction industry, we leverage our background to provide virtual modeling services founded in reality.  We know what works in the field and we use that knowledge to provide more accurate 3D models.  We can provide stand-alone 3D coordination support all the way to full design, engineering and BIM modeling for an entire project depending on our clients' needs.

We have produced 2D coordination drawings for over 24 years and 3D coordination models for over 17 years.  As technology has evolved, we have stayed on the leading edge, leveraging it to work towards true 5D BIM modeling that integrates time and cost.  These efforts have allowed us to enhance the effectiveness of plan drawings in the field, saving time and cost during construction and ultimately providing a better product to our clients.   We are currently fluent in AutoCAD MEP, Revit, & Navisworks and we have used many cloud based software solutions to facilitate coordination and real-time sharing of models.

We can work with your construction/contracting teams to resolve potential conflicts during the design phase of a project before construction begins. Our 3D models show the optimum routes for HVAC duct, mechanical piping and electrical conduit to be installed, taking into consideration other, non-MEP systems and building structure during the process.  We run clash detection and can provide quick solutions for any issues that arise during this time. 

We have the ability to tailor the level of modeling details per project from simple 3D coordination of large equipment, feeders and duct work down to the small device and branch circuit level.  We work with our clients to develop a modeling strategy that makes sense and we can support their project from conceptual design through post-construction record-keeping through the life of a building.
